I don't think people are judging their chemistry based on intimate scenes. Ohm and Poon have been a pair for very little time before filming this show, it's not like they had ages workshopping their chemistry. Some people are instant fire but that's not every day. Junior and Mark have been working together for years now, and it shows. It's not like ohm and poon don't fit together time will tell. And also they didn't get to play a couple that is as likeable as Pai and Tim.

The books are connected. The series will probably barely resemble the books, specially Moonshadow (that one barely has a plot holding it together and gmmtv already rewrote the entirety of us so I expect them to do the same again)

Based on the number of Qs it's most likely to going to be 10 episodes unfortunately. On a different note, and considering they announced over 30 shows in the last line up, I think from now on 12 episode shows are going to be few and far between. Some probably will be 8 or even less
