A little over-hyped I'd say, if you expect it to be better than Daily Dose of Sunshine or Dr Romantic kind of dramas because of higher rating then it may not meet your expectations but if you don't compare then it's a really good drama.

It was a good drama but to be 2nd highest rated drama on MDL or highest rated if it gets 9.2, I don't think it's the best kdrama out there.

Squid Game is a kind of drama that everyone watches not just kdrama watchers.

The good thing about Dr Romantic was that it got better with every new season which is very rare for kdramas so we will need to see more seasons of it to decide if it can compete with Dr Romantic.

Both of them are actually better, not in just medical dramas but both are best among all Kdramas.
