He was mentioning how that despite Santa’s successful audition he was still “unsure” about pairing Santa with Perth because both of them are “left leaning” I dont really remember the nterm he used but that term in Thai media pertains to the “top” so he was unsure how Santa (who had a previous “dominant/top” role I know I hate these dumb sterotypes) would fit into the character of someone like Gun. Perthsanta did good as their first work together not great but good I wasn't a big fan of gun acting like a kid…
Honestly they both (also all of the support cast AouBoom and Junior etc) did so well given the messy script and directing. Hoping their work under Dome in LYT be more cohesive and better as it would be such a waste if PerthSanta’s acting talent is not utilized well.

I dont know why many ppl compare these arcs/stories at all they are all different and are basically pretty much “stand alone stories” yes the characters overlap but the setting are different.

Agreed. The notion that these characters have to end up together (because their actors are promoted as a fixed “acting” pair irl) has to end as it makes all of these endings so predictable and sometimes even non-sensical in the show’s context (like Mew and Top in OF and many other examples).🤷🏻♀️

Santa never replaced Boss though? Santa was one of the original cast members when it was under WabiSabi but when the project transferred to GMM Kay/Luke replaced Boss.

Think because Revamp was a project under WabiSabi already and we know New handled everything there so I guess when WS shut down and they transferred the project to GMM they left it under him.
The YothaGun ending wasn’t perfect, and 8 episodes might have been too restrictive for a maximalist like New,…
A big throw off for me in this arc is how the traumas of Yotha and Gun were handled tbh just overall lousy writing when it came to 2 of the most focal points of this story.
this director doesn't have the skills for Bls with many couples, I don't know why he insists, this (perfect 10)…
It is less messy than the other two imo but still suffers from a lot of issues just like many pointed out on here. The other 2 shows were a mess when it comes to screentime and development of other couples’ stories compared to this one. They all suffer from the same poor directing choices New insists on making.
Majority of people are sleeping on this one and cat for cash.
Many hating the “Solar having the mentality of a 7 year old” thing and thinking this show will be some creepy age play show when its actually about “age regression”🤷🏻♀️
My thoughts exatly not everything is supposed to have a “roses and sunshine…everybody love eachother” type of ending🤦🏻♀️ But GMM is still too conservative when it comes to making sad or even “open” endings to some of their shows..

Nah they make sense. Like I understand that they were filming this show while it was still airing the a difference in appearance for some of the actors might be expected but at least dont make it too noticible lol one shot I see Santa with very short hair then in the next shot he in a mullet😅Same thing with Perth. The make up I found it way too much (but tbh its a gmm issue they cake it up way too much and the overly red tinted lips was way too noticible on Boom and Santa doesnt help that New likes to use that damn bright beautfying filter all the time (was very obvious in the ArcArm part🤦🏻♀️). I saw in one clip (I dont remember if it was a bts video or an interview) they were saying that because Santa is way too pale they had to add more layers of foundation?? and I was confused bcs with the filter he chose it makes it worse like I’m no expert but had they chose to go with a darker colour grading scheme it or even change the lighting it would have been better🤷🏻♀️ As for the overuse of the sound effects, the slowed down effect and of course the same ost playing every time the characters are intimate…I just think its a stylistic choice by New (his previous works had the same elements💀) but I expected it since this series was announced lol
