How far have you gone in the drama? I ask because I had the same thought as you at the beginning until episode 11 ,I realized she's not just an overbearing mother,she's just naturally shameless and greedy. Yeah,the hate is a bit exaggerated for those that rated the drama low solely for that reason

The drama and Mai Cheng Huan is topping both daily tv drama rankings and character rankings on vlinkage too. I don't know who this blogger is but his explantation is giving MdL ranking

I am very much aware that the douban rating isn't out yet. I just wonder if there's a kind of ranking on douban that made OP believe the drama is 6/10. Douban do have a lot of rankings but it doesn't tell the success of this drama in anyway except its number of raters
