Throughout the series, I felt the emotions alongside both couples; that's how realistic both stories were. Also, since I'm going through a difficult time right now, Wen Dao's message at the end had me in tears. I love when directors, actors, and stories reflect empathy.

I also felt the scene where Zhang Zhun is smoking was quiet familiar. It reminded me of Jordan when he said he doesn't drink and Heer forced him to drink. And at last, we see him drinking when Heer died.
