It is a poper xianxia with sects and cultivation! I've been having nothing to watch myself, I'm usually looking for dramas where female lead is part of the action, from generals to assassins, and xianxia usually delivers. This drama's lead is a gem!

The rating is way too low. I don't know who gave this drama such a low score, but they clearly didn't expect much or don't fancy xianxia in the first place. However, for the past days the rating was growing to finally get to 4 stars. As of now (ep 12), this drama deserves more, it's really that good, just go and watch! A little low on the budget maybe, but VFX quality still holds. Favourite xianxia tropes are present, a strong plot with gradual but steadfast progression, foreshadowing is followed through. Well-staged and purposeful action scenes, slow burn romance (with a love triangle), conflicted characters that grow and develop, and lots of comic relief in-between the serious stuff. Main lead is not very talkative, but his body language and grumpy face are quite expressive, both he and female lead are charming when they interact.
As for the low rating, maybe drama's announcement wasn't popular, and I've also heard that people didn't like the lead actress. However, the same people say that in this drama she plays incredibly well.
