KOCOWA announced,on their Instagram account today (15 June) that "Tracer" is licensed to their site.
I believe their service is limited to N. and S. America. A premiere date was not revealed.

According to AsianWiki (on their main page Upcoming Dramas) "Anna" will premiere on Netflix.
However, as of 11 June the series does not appear for me (in USA) in a search on Netflix.
