I agree on both points. Sadly, in the USA, Viki dropped KBS weekend dramas after "For Eagle Brothers".

I'm wondering if they are late because they both were broadcast at 8pm KST on Sunday, March 8th. Maybe the translating is taking longer because there are two episode instead of one.
Just a guess on my part. Episodes are still not up for me at 12:12pm MST.
