GUYS I HAVE A THEORY 😭 What if Dan actually likes Big Jane this whole time and Little Jane was never really the main reason he kept showing up?? Hear me out because some of his actions make WAY too much sense this way 💀First of all, Dan is always around Little Jane but what if the actual reason is that he knows Big Jane only cares about Little Jane? So if Dan stays close to Little Jane, he automatically gets opportunities to see Big Jane too. AND EPISODE 11??? This is where my theory started screaming. Dan came to pick up Little Jane but what if he wasn't actually there for Little Jane at all? He was there because he wanted to see Big Jane and confess his feelings. Then Little Jane suddenly showed up before Dan could even do what he came for, so Dan had no choice but to act like he came specifically for him...And then after their fight, WHY was Dan looking so satisfied when Big Jane pushed Little Jane away?? 😭 He wasn't even focused on the fight itself. It almost looked like he was thinking, “Oh?? So you two are not together anymore?” Like he was happy because Big Jane had finally pushed Little Jane away, meaning there was suddenly a chance for him to get closer to Big Jane.And then Little Jane leaves, Dan stays with Big Jane and so i assume they had their first kiss!! Now the FIVE YEAR GAP makes this theory even crazier. Big Jane leaves for America and Dan disappears too. What if that's because once Big Jane and Little Jane were no longer together, Dan had no reason to keep following Little Jane anymore? Instead, he was following Big Jane. Maybe he was keeping an eye on him in America and making sure she wasn't getting involved with anyone else. But here's the weirdest part: I don't think Dan necessarily wants to be with Big Jane. I think he just wants Big Jane to be single and only his. He knows Big Jane doesn't love him that way, so instead of actually confessing, he keeps trying to make sure no one else gets him. It's giving “I don't need you to love me, I just need you to not love anyone else”!! Then five years later, Big Jane comes back, and Dan suddenly comes back too. Coincidence??? I THINK NOT. He knew Big Jane and Little Jane were eventually going to cross paths again, so he followed the situation right back to them.AND NOW after Dan loses his memory, he's STILL trying to keep Little Jane close to him. At first that might look like he actually wants Little Jane, but what if subconsciously he's still doing the same thing?? Keeping Little Jane close means keeping Big Jane close too and stopping Big Jane from completely moving on. Honestly the more I think about it, the more I feel like Dan's actions aren't really about Little Jane at all. Little Jane might just be the connection that keeps leading him back to Big Jane. I'M NOT SAYING THIS IS CANON BUT IF THE WRITERS REVEAL DAN HAS BEEN IN LOVE WITH BIG JANE THIS WHOLE TIME I WILL ACTUALLY LOSE IT 💀
