aww thank you, i am happy you like my drivel haha. This drama has really snuck up on me, bc i never expected to like it as much as i do now. And by now i would say i am as obsessed with it as stalking barbie is with Taekyung hahaha. Cue me writing novel-sized comments and recaps (that embarrassingly contain many wrong assumptions on my part due to missing the context the subs provide, but ah well still fun lol) I am nothing if not verbose and i guess the size/length of my prior fics prove that lol ( over 1 million words and counting in total, whoops 🤭)

From the ones i listed i only have seen Five Enough so far which is a wholesome family drama with excellent character progression, great leads and secondary couples (sangmin and yeontae have my whole heart) and featuring patchwork families and cute kids. Very laidback in comparison to early TRHC (which seems to have found its break pedal in overly makjang screechy things thankfully) So outside of that singular fam drama i cannot say which you should choose as i have not watched them yet. Maybe look at the synopsis of each and take a leap at the one which sounds most interesting to you right now, heh. Sorry i cannot be of more help, but maybe the other lovely people here can add to this <3

i feel delulu demon has always underestimated Yeondoo and did not take her seriously. Like, at all. Especially after her idiotic masterplan of lying of having saved her and blocking her not-fathers number on YD's phone and (seemingly) getting away with it. Flop fairy thought she could run circles around YD and that it would be easy to get her out of the way. Well, cue YD throwing her stalking ass out of the hotel after which she shapeshifted into full magic sasaeng siren to screech her discontent into her steering wheel. At this point her choice of words still indicate that she does not take her seriously "likes of you."

Cue TK's shitty part of the family speedrunning the fuck around and find out cause and effect and with empress erroneous present they indeed found out what happened if they f... around with Yeondoo's loved ones (Taekyung) I would not say it gave psycho pierrot pause, bc her amoeba brain literally lacks the ability to stop and reflect, but she definitely did not expect this from Yeondoo. Or rather her being capable of that, of such resistance. This is how i read lying leprechaun's expression, but perhaps she just mentally did her shopping list of things needed for a future kidnapping.... who knows with how blank it is 95% of the time 😂

There is a reason why she is my favorite character.... to make fun of. Delulu drusilla is so unintentionally hilarious in her incompetence I just can't stop laughing whenever she appears with her toddler lvl schemes of fail and sasaeng level of delusion/obsession. The actresses bored/bland 'anywhere but here' expression and voice only completes it to a full package of faillulz for me tbh😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

He did dw. The man saw the chance to stop imploding of feels and voiced them in a confession at the end. This is about Yeondoo being in denial still about her feelings for Taekyung 😉

Goes to show how very inexperienced the dear doc is with being truly and utterly in love. It is a fully new dynamic for him being the one who wants instead of being wanted. So no wonder he dealt with it rather poorly and put his foot in his mouth more often than not. It was rather endearing to see him so at loss about what to do and going back and forth between coldness/distance and yearning/attempting to stop her from leaving 😄🥺🥰

I have seen way tooany shows with the how not to write a story quality already so I'm gonna take a hard pass on this one tho. Way to frustrating for me as someone who tends to pick apart stories from a writer's perspective hehe

Same. The way the realization of having fucked up and deeply regretting it, reflected so well in such quick succession within his face, it killed me 😂

Not to mention he was bursting at the seams with his feelings for her to begin with, so he was always just moments away from going 'fuck it im going to tell her' and completely miserable holding it in all through the episode. Thanks to YD unexpectedly mowing down his shitty fam like an unruly lawn, he didn't need to any longer tho and it may have saved his head from exploding too 😂

@LA_DramaFan Oh I know. But seriously tho, for a redemption arc to take place for a character you need them to have any redeeming qualities in the first place. Which hellionspawn constantly has proven to lack/never shown once and given her trajectory of becoming kdrama's most delusional sasaeng princess I actually doubt it and any of these three things will happen. Quite the opposite. Because timing does matter too when planning a character to have redemption. Any moment past their point of return and it becomes infeasible to your viewers/readers as they'll see it as undeserved then and could not care less for the character getting a second chance. And I think with psycho pierrot we are like several episodes past that point. (The last possible one would have been her taking YD to the hospital as she did but not having lied about saving her tbh. It had been the ideal moment to take a turn into a more positive direction with both of the leads and her father. But she actively chose NOT to do either and doubled down on her rottenness and obsession instead, so yeah. Psycho-ward/jail it is.

So i think we can expect our leads to go on a (camping) date together very soon, (Since the filming isn't that far ahead actually. i think eps 25-26, maybe) <3

With the pacing the writer dictates it won't take so long for YD to come to terms with loving TK back. She already does, but she is too much in her head and focused on her kid atm to notice that she is, in fact, in love with him. She will get there, tho and quite timely ;)

Lol, that would be poetic justice. But even if they don't come to riches, they have their restaurant which is running well and JH has his job as principal. Sufficient to live a good and independent life (aka not to lurk at other ppl's riches like the screechy coven does.)

Since the theme of the show is "chosen family," (which is goes way beyond blood relations) i actually think/hope the drama will go down the route with hyunwoo ending up dating the pharmacist and becoming a stepdad to the boy while also amicable co-parenting with sourgrapes after their divorce. It would fit in with the other pairings of the show so well : Of course the OTP leads TK/YD with Jinjja, then their respective younger siblings where YM gets to be a mother to SK in the end and probably the uncle too reuniting with his old flame and caring for her child (that is not his)
