He's still traumatic about having romantic feelings due to his past...now even more so because he knows he's f*cked up BIG time (yes, he regrets his action/is feeling guilty). Now that he knows YH is afraid of him and she's in trouble because of the dark aura, TY can't focus on pursuing romantic feelings.

He wants YH dark energy to be stronger so that the killing aura is bigger (because the Dark Phantom wants her to take back the Heart Protecting Scale from TY). BXS is afraid that the time limit is too short (they only have 2 months left) and that Dark Phantom will turn YH into his puppet with the dark aura in her mind's eye. But BXS took the dark aura back in the compass thingie because he realized it when TY said that maybe Dark Phantom wanted more than just the Heart Protecting Scale.

Yeah, TY knows now. He's willing to give the Heart Protection Scale, too, but he's afraid the Dark Phantom will not stop at just getting it. So his focus now is to make sure YH is safe no matter what.
