I actually watched all of the thai BLs you recom. And I must say yeah they're really good. I think we should credit thai BLS because they started this BL craze even though most their BL shows right now are cringey they still produced one of the most legendary BLs we watched. Yeah it's sad that KBL industry is really going hard path right now especially LGBT is still not accepted in their country but hoping someday it can normalize/recognize just like a normal drama would be. With their most recent produce right now like semantic error I saw a good future on KBL industry they really trying hard.

But even with budget/longer duration, thai BL's plot always fail but some are good but most of their produce BL's have a cringe plot. Opposite to K-BL that they really try hard to create a sincere plot even with low-budget/minimal eps. But I hope someday K-BL will also have the budget of a normal kdrama but that would be impossible for now .

the flow of the story is a little meh but it is still good. I honestly see more chemistry on kuea and nuea than him with lian. anyways we still have a long way to go I hope the story flow gets improve in the upcoming eps.

I think the reason why Viki label it like that because a lot of international watchers are not really aware of korean words so they put his real name instead of hyung to avoid confusion. But if you know more about korean culture you will be shock how the word hyung has deep meaning when used in gay couples contexts.

Actually if it's used in the context of both males who have feelings to each other it become more of a endearment and has a sexual tone to it. There's this popular phrase most gay couples used in korea which is '' hyung uyujeom'' and that means hyung give me your milk. NOW YOU KNOWWWWWW

I just finished the manhwa and it was wholesome and there's a lightsaber/smexy scene at the end. I recommend reading the manhwa first since it's completed and you will understand the quirkiness of the first 2 eps.

The great thing with most Thai BL is that they really invest in the quality of the show but it's mostly a hit or miss because even with great cinematography the story is cringed and rapey, but this one should definitely not be missed by BL fans, everything is great right now I just hope future episodes won't ruin the great momentum that this show is having right now.

Ep 1 is really good especially if you read the manhwa. The genre of this is Drama so don’t expect it to have an energetic vibe like semantic error.
