That's what happens when one marries outside one's social class. Her husband lives on her wealth and even dares…
A very greedy and selfish man.

Dont be. It happens in real life too. 16 year old are not girls are women at least for getting married and rest.
The age gap in the drama is about 8 years. He's in his mid 20s in the drama unlike the novel. Get your facts right please.

I have a feeling that Chen Yanyuns teacher is treacherous.. And I have a feeling our ML will realise this later…
He actually is, he looks suspicious...

I don't feel sorry for Jin Chao's mum, she should die so I don't have to see such a spineless character on my screen. She pissed me off in episode 12.

In the novel she has a really bad reputation. So yes, she was spoiled and overbearing since she was raised and…
Win Win is the SML and he whipped FL all because she called him out on his BS. He's the real spoilt brat with daddy issues. Glad the FL doesn't give a shit about him, she's a master at reciprocating energy.

Her step mother's maid deserved worse than that beating, she literally choked her to an inch of her life when she was 6 or 7 years old.

Her parents are the worst, the mother has no backbone, the father is a bastard. Thank God she was raised by her…
Exactly.... Her daughter was taken away from her from infancy and she couldn't even fight tooth and nail to get her back. She let that sniveling husband of hers and his annoying concubine to roam free like headless chickens in the household when she's the one with the money that feeds and clothes their asses.

Hopefully it's just a silly crush, she only likes him because she thinks he saved her from drowning in the first…
Yeah it's a mix of both with differences here and there.

Yeah the drama is completely different from the novel which is a good thing. She's definitely not overbearing in the drama like you said.

Exactly.... She's spoilt but I don't think she's overbearing, over bearing is SML and his temperamental antics.

Not sure whether adaptation has changed the FL's character or not but if not then it's just a modern day girl…
Her parents are the worst, the mother has no backbone, the father is a bastard. Thank God she was raised by her grandmother, she would've gone through hell if she was raised in that suffocating household.

At least she can freely express herself without getting intimidated by others which wouldn't have been the case if she was raised by her spineless mother and that sniveling father of hers.

The novel is reincarnation but the drama isn't because of restrictions concerning rebirth/reincarnation in china.

He was a bastard in the novel. She liked him in her first life but he treated her like shit and then karma got his ass in her second life where she didn't like him at all and then he went and fell in love with her so she treated him like shit in return. In fact she didn't care for him in her second life.

In the novel the age gap between ML and FL is 15 years but I think the age gap in the drama is 10 years.

Hallelujah, it's about time she realised it was Yan Yun. I don't like CXQ at all, my hatred for him from the book is never going away.
