hmmm. no aunties bashing younger ones, but there is some violence - *serial killing*. but the chemistry between the leads is soooo good, and though it starts out as a thriller, and there is some mystery being investigated throughout the drama, it kinda became melodrama in the middle😅 the romance is an "I have a secret crush on you for years but I don't wanna let you know" story😆 Yeah, it's worth a try, definitely from the first episode alone😄

She's so cute doing the SL😄 and yes, so pro.. in interviews she said she had to learn american sign language too for the foreign diplomat scene, which was totally different from the korean one.....which made me realize, oh?? there are different sign languages too??🤣🤦♀️🤣

i know... shame on that last ep tho, the material in it could have covered at least 2 more eps, so I agree with those saying the Argan plot came out of nowhere, because it kinda did🤣 but the first ten were good tho.. the first two were really solid enough to make one continue watching😄

At the last scene, there was a news reporting of 2 fictional countries at war with each other and where Korean nationals were kidnapped, so the ML, a negotiator, goes to save them... it's a really short scene, you can easily blink and miss it, and almost right at the end, but unfortunately those 2 countries were too similarly named as Israel and Palestine, and their situation is too similar. Netflix threw oil into the flames by mistranslating and making it look like the drama's pushing propaganda (the pipz at the WTPR page said NF sneakily corrected the mistranslation just recently🙄) The page was a mess right after the airing of the last ep, and weeks after, with a lot of bots and keyboard warriors leaving curses and other nasty stuff, even when some people countered the "propaganda" issue with the proof of the mistranslation. But some people are simply hardheaded and close minded.🤷♀️
I got tired reading the comment wars there, so I left. I still check in every now and then to see if the issue died down, and I'm happy it is, but, the trauma.....😅 I just wanted to enjoy the drama and talking about it,that's all😭

I thorught that voice sounded familiar😆 I wanted to ask if I was hearing right, but I was too behind on eps to comment on the page (plus maybe after the WTPR fiasco, I didn't feel safe commenting on other pages than this😆) Good to know I was right to think that was YXW's VA😄
Everyone still in the thrall of the Divine Tree? How is it so far? Still good?
I just know Chuntian would love the Spirit Dispelling Formation🤣 Storylinewise, yeah it's ok. I'm not too blown away by it, but I'm in it for Weiwei🤣 As mentioned, he's more bloodthirsty than TTJ, but just as loser in love😆 I'm still trying to warm up to XRR. MQG was good, but not at Hua Qian Gu(from Journey of Flower)-level of misunderstood.. her story was tragic, but I can't feel the tragedy much 😅 there's something lacking in the emotional weight on MQG's sacrifice, but it wasn't Weiwei's anguish and regrets at her loss tho. (I keep pausing at white-haired Weiwei in the cage.) XRR is too expositiony for me. Like I'd like her to show, not tell, the scenario😅 I don't understand the villains, if there are any, but yeah, Wei Ju is so funny when he tries to be villainy.😆
So, what happened to Nian Bai Yu? He was for real killed by the ml after century of loyal service? Or did they…
They just forgot about him in the final cut😭 There was a scene where he wakes up, presumably back at the Yiyue tribe, right? But I think there were some deleted scenes in the script where he was supposed to get together with Fuya (LSS's junior sister) and they led the Yiyue tribe... but there's only so much you can pack into 40eps😥

(am I sounding like a pervert?🤣)
