I was about to ask when will this series air but someone else got ahead and asked. Guess since the series is already filmed, they only need to do the editing, which means we might expect this to be ready in a few months? Definitely airing sometime this year, finally a series that doesn't get postponed. Although expectations for it are rather low for me (because it's so cliche), I'm looking forward to watching Gun Atthaphan on screen again.
I'm just curious, is the demand for OffGun series that high? Why GMM gives these two a lot of shows (with high…
Cooking Crush is definitely not of their caliber and I too wonder why they accepted to star in it. I guess the answer would be "for the money" and Gun actually likes cooking irl. He's going to be starring in a reality TV show with other GMM artists called Fully Booked this year, that is also about cooking. Not Me was good imo, but not stellar. If you're looking for something better (imho) that has Gun Atthaphan in it, then watch the movie The Blue Hour and he's done a great job in the series The Gifted as well. I also personally liked Midnight Museum (with Tor Thanapob). Theory of Love is quite average, I agree with that and the only things I remember from it are some memeable moments like the one where Gun pours water on his head with a bottle of water because the shower stopped pouring lol I don't know Off's solo series that well, but what I'm trying to say here is that this couple and their series sell a lot for GMM, this is mostly why they get new series till this day. Of course some of us would want for them to disband already because of certain fandom reasons, but that's not here nor there. I'd probably get a lot of flak from OG fans for even suggesting this. I'm watching Cooking Crush right now and all I can say so far is it's cliche and a waste of time unless you're like me and you watch it for Gun Atthaphan lol
You're right. What if the plot is good but the chemistry isnt there?
From what I've seen on socmed, Leng has to take a lot of basic acting classes and people are rightfully worried about that. It's the first time Ohm has to work with a newbie in a BL series. His other series this year, the Mono original one, is with a newbie actress as well. Maybe we will have to wait until next year to see him act next to more established actors and actresses.

You wrote your comment twice. My point was that we will see Leng do his best but will it be good enough? We shall see. Didn't Singto have acting experience before He's Coming To Me? He acted in SOTUS and its sequel, SOTUS S. Personally, I don't find Singto to be that handsome, but I watched HCTM for Ohm anyway. As for Nanon, I haven't been following his acting since Bad Buddy, mostly because of some fandom stuff. I'm not in the OhmNanon fandom anymore, but you gotta admit he's got the experience. I've seen both of them, Ohm and Nanon, for the first time in Bad Buddy, back in 2022. This is why I was kind of comparing and rather worrying because Leng has close to no acting experience. He might be handsome (I don't personally care for him that way), but that's not enough for him to do well in this role he's been given.

Right? There are multiple factors to consider when it comes to a good BL series. I personally would watch this series more for the action elements and not put so much price on the BL ones. Unless they do a good job of it that is. I already decided to watch this series for Ohm, but there's no telling Leng will be able to be on par with him, as far as acting goes. Nanon had lots of experience under his belt, this is why Bad Buddy was the success that it was, beside the great chemistry between them.
No comment for 3-4 months? That's a shame. I'm going to watch Wednesday Club, see what it's like. I'm trying to watch all of Ohm's recent series. The earliest I've seen is He's Coming To Me. I can't wait to watch Kidnap later this year!
I think itโs great that heโs taking acting classes. IMO, acting is a skill that can always be improved and…
No, I meant that Leng was taking acting classes and I presume those were some of his first acting classes ever. He's a newbie and I don't know how the drama will turn out with him as one of the main roles. We shall see, I suppose.
I think they're going to go through the workshop first and then film. Someone mentioned 5 days ago that they're still script reading so it will take a while. I can't wait for this series to release either, it's going to be awesome. I like to see Ohm in action series.
Rather than worrying about when filming will start, I'm more worried about whether Leng is a good on-screen partner…
As for everyone else, I'm not worried at all because the director will make it work somehow. I believe it because Midnight Museum was a great series and he directed that flawlessly, so he knows what he's doing.
Rather than worrying about when filming will start, I'm more worried about whether Leng is a good on-screen partner for Ohm, given the fact he apparently was taking acting classes just one month prior. He has close to no experience and that's what's bothering me most. I hope to see Ohm play next to a more accomplished actor soon, maybe even for GMMTV 2024 Up&Above Part 2?
It should film, don't worry about it. The director who takes care of this one also directed Midnight Museum and…
We shall see what happens. I think the cast will remain quite the same, especially the main roles. My advice is to follow the actors' and director's Instagram accounts for more info. I can't currently signup for IG because of some unknown technical issues, but Ohm Pawat's IG is @ohmpawat, if you didn't know already. I think you can find the director's Twitter account too. I forget if he has an IG. Also, check this page, see the previous comments. Someone mentioned they're in the script reading stage of working on this project, a week ago. Now, I don't know what might have happened since then, but updates should be around somewhere... on IG, Twitter.
