ruolai's face is so innocent that i come to underestimate him, he really is smarter than we thought. im so excited to see his growth to find his own principle and which political stance he will choose in the future. im praying for his peace because he looks so stressed the whole 8 episodes, but i bet he still can't catch a break until the end 😂
even the side small characters here all have important role for the plot. beside the main "enemy", i am more scared by those who are close to wei ruo lai, especially aunt zhou and wen. even by a few scenes we can imagine their true nature is. such a masterpiece writing.

when a drama exceeds all my expectations 💖 every episodes put me on edge, the plot drives me up and down every single seconds like a stock price index 😂 maybe this is time to learn about stock market? or stay away from it completely lmao anyway this drama deserves more attention 🥺
I just finished the first episode.. it has been awhile since I am hooked up by the first 10 minutes of a drama and the rest 30 minutes completely left me in awe. I am so amazed by every single elements in this show, everything is straight out of a movie. The cinematography is simply remarkable, the acting is truly brilliant, and the story? wow I am so ready for this roller coaster.
