just finished 2 episodes, this one is definitely a must watch, it is just starting but i can see this one is a great adaptation, they enhance the plot, giving the characters much detailed backgrounds, complex personality, and the most important : not two dimensional.
i remember i only scroll through a lot of chapters for the manhwa because i can't stand the three main character's personalities 😂 im glad the screenwriter really work for the drama adaptation, they improve so much and so many great lines already in the early episodes- now i can relate and have a bond with the characters ( especially ah jung!! )

also i hope she gets away from kwangtae, she obviously reject him and really show that she is uncomfortable, BUT DAMN kwangtae can't read the room at all. when it is just juwon, yujung, and him in the living room, the awkwardness fill in the room 😭
hwihyun is an ass, he just doesn't respect hyewon at all, so fucking rude with that statement. argh idk anymore if hyewon still clinging onto him after the last ep i will just skip their moment.
they really need to add time setting.. i kinda lost track of time while watching this series ma jian already a big kid so the latest ep might be around 1990s ?

he doesn't really try to break them, only some warning to scare the ml. understandable because fl is his only daughter and there is still some misunderstanding yet to resolve between ma kui and ml's father, but wang xin and ma kui are getting along just fine ( in their own way ) + they become a strong partner
