For those who saw the pictures, the costumes are test only! They aren’t the official ones and their hair isn’t finished either . I think they’re doing camera tests

I haven’t read the book yet, will song Jiyang’s character (cao niang zi/chun hua) be a recurring character? I’m a fan of him and excited to watch this drama❤️

(Disclaimer: I’m not a straight girl) however the reason why I watch these is because a lot of times, FxM genre is overrun with a “weak” damsel in distress and a strong ML. Nothing wrong with those traits but it’s overdone. WoH is a great example of strong and well written female characters. I love the side pair (?) with the F and M characters, although the main couple is BL. A lot of these drama are interesting and provide good stories. A lot of them are slow burn too which I like !!
