Huh. I didn’t see it that way. I viewed it as the final stage in grieving their relationship- a closure if you will. Acceptance. They saw each other and had the chance to reconnect by either getting on or off the bus but neither chose to make a move and stayed as they both knew would just start the doomed cycle over again. Accepting their fate, their incompatibility, their overall outcome. The pained but cordial smiles before the bus drives away was a lovely way for them to acknowledge such closure and end the film. Their story together was finished now, time for them to individually freely move on. That’s just my perspective of it.
Plus there is always the lyrics of the final song. They weren’t destined to be. Sad but true.
*sigh* why was this comment necessary? I’m sure you can find better things to do with your time like knit a scarf for your granddaughter or go be a creeper on Facebook. If you insist on an explanation, here it is: multiple links posted on a page by the same account in succession and NOT hidden by spoiler are flagged as spam automatically and sent for review. This simple step prevents that. Bye now.
Maybe I watched this too late, maybe it was the format, or maybe it’s because they all said “baby” to each other way too much for my taste. Not a fan of this one but absolutely think this is a great representation of online communication and dating during the height of the pandemic.
Episode 6 around 18 minutes… partner walks into the room “What the actual f**k? Do they know acoustic guitars don’t make electric guitar sounds? What even is this? I’d rather watch farm animals giving birth at least the noises would match up. Pig oinks, cow moos, this sh** gets turned the f**k off until I leave.”
In my defense, I started this episode before he got here.
NP! I was excited to see it on there! They keep bringing all the Japanese content and I’m enjoying it (even if they throw H.O.T.E. in there to traumatize inbetween).
Was Junior Chokkorn the original person to play Cake or was he a replacement actor because the original person…
Looks like he replaced Non Ratchanon Kanpiang (who acted with Hearth in Love Syndrome III and more recently was in the series The Rebound with Meen & Ping) but I can’t find any info as to what happened. Looking through the photos on this page you can see he was originally supposed to be Cake but on SOF’s insta they made a big deal about Junior being in the role. Sometimes I know actors will pass projects that sit too long in order to do others or due to conflicts, maybe that is why? Hmm
It's bad enough he drugged the guy but I hope he took a minute to think about what he's doing and at least finds…
Seriously this is why I’m anxious and also dreading the next/last episode. Either way, AF is not redeemable at this point and I wish they could make it to where all three of those worthless meatsacks get jail time or something because I’m so over them at this point.
I’m not quite halfway through episode 4 and I’ve had to walk away for a bit…
because why in the world are those two horrible piles of garbage allowed to stay at the hotel, go to the pearl farm, and now on the family yacht to wherever they are heading I mean seriously I don’t care Kla needed to send them packing after that arrival but I know one of them pushed Cake ugh!!! Their presence is infuriating!!
If anyone has the proof (source) that this was cancelled, can you submit it for the page update? I couldn’t find anywhere that said it was officially cancelled.

it is called Happy Of The End for a reason 😉
