I find it funny how international fans think they have so much power as if this show was made for them.. don't watch the show then (btw I find what they did was racist and definitely CA). SBS ain't gonna lose any sleep over y'all complaining when the show consistently ranks at the top in viewership when it airs and is extremely popular in Korea
we do not care, who was offended ? Black people, so why you're looking for Koreans opinions ? you want so bad…
Yes because SBS is gonna listen to the opinions of a select few international fans... this show isn't made for you! (International fans in general). This show is MADE for the KOREAN audience. Who number 1, don't care about Alex Lee's portrayal and number 2, find the whole thing funny. So watch it or not, SBS doesn't care lmfao
After what happened, I hope Ye-bin gets a better show to star in. Her acting was phenomenal and I feel so bad…
This is not going to affect any of the actors careers negatively... it would only if they expand to outside the Korean market, and even then it wouldn't really matter
also eun seok's "apology" on tiktok... sounded more like a justification than an apology... smh
Yes, he should've gotten on his knees and begged people to forgive him! He should've quit the show and be blacklisted in Korea! get real Yall complain when they stay quiet and then complain when the apology isn't good enough, real hypocritical....
If this show was being promoted internationally, then yeah its a valid problem and criticism, but this show is…
I am not, I'm Asian American, and don't like the CA, but I also realize my opinion does not matter since this show isn't catered towards me (as an international fan)
Here come all the social justice warriors and privledged international fans thinking their opinion matters, crying…
If this show was being promoted internationally, then yeah its a valid problem and criticism, but this show is made to cater to Korean audiences (who could care less about CA)
Here come all the social justice warriors and privledged international fans thinking their opinion matters, crying cultural appropriation!! NEWS FLASH, this show is MADE for KOREANS, not yall international fans, Sit back and enjoy watching it (as I am), and don't complain
Does anyone remember the scene when Bareum and Moochi are renacting a crime scene and Bareum chokes Moochi for too long? Every time I think about it, its still so funny
Glad PSH is still landing roles... was worried the horrible Knetzs (bullied people to point of suicide) would have cancelled his career after what happened with Joseon Exorcist
Currently on episode 17. I've enjoyed the series so far and NIW's acting is great, and good chemistry with KSH. I have one problem though, which is how unrealistic On Dal's arc has been so far. So he has never been trained to fight in his whole life, and after a few days of meditating on a mountain, he suddenly becomes this Achilles-like fighter, leading the royal army and killing all those rebellious soldiers/tribes? It's very unrealistic.
Just wanted to point out some Knetz reaction to the Alex Lee character in the comments section
1. They don't care whatsoever lmfao
2. They're making jokes about it
