Review Blossom
Most Cdramas are too long and the stories are stretched. if they can cut off 10 episodes off these dramas, then cdrams are unbeatable.

Maybe MDL set 8.0 as a starting/baseline rating? I have seen rating for some dramas dropped from 8.5 and above to 8.0 in a few seconds.
