namgoong is probably my favorite character of. all. time. the way that his character is so silly, yet so firm is just perfect and it's what makes him such an amazing friend. i was REALLY hoping that he would go off on so hee when he called her to meet, but i know there's a namgoong explanation for that that we'll get soon😫 he was def trying to guilt her into admitting it, and THEN go off on her which i am all for cuz so hee can rot in hell <3
maybe someone has said this before, but does anybody else not fuck with the age gap of the second couple? idc what age of consent is in taiwan (because legal ≠ moral) cuz um why are you with a 17 year old when you've already graduated college? that's predatory behavior tbh. plus the dynamics in that relationship are unbalanced as hell. in my opinion, age gaps are fine between two ADULTS, but not between a literal high school student (a child) and an adult.

I 100% believe that da on just says that because the whole school is about to find out his business. since da on's aware of how homophobic people around him can be, he's gonna deny his feelings because he's still hasn't fully come to terms with them, and because he doesn't wanna get made fun of like how he knows shin woo has, or like how his "friends" in the hallway did to him. i don't think he actually means it at all when he says that he was only friends with taekyung because he was new. maybe that's what da on thought to himself as first, but i think he knows that when he says that, he's actually just trying to hide his true feelings.
