That's a good thought. In the beginning I sensed she has romantic feelings towards ML but at ep14 it felt like friendship. But you're right, it could be because she doesn't know the extent of that relationship yet.

I didn't read the novel but have read others comments on the characters in the novel and I think sticking to the original novel characters would've been better than ML groveling and chasing FL.
