it has a solid plot. not a lot of fillers and the pacing is good. lots of CGI mixed fighting scenes with magic/power (like The Blood of Youth)....if that's your cup of tea. I like Allen so i am bias. Good Luck!

I love seeing the duo from Hikaru no Go working together here again. The essence of the show is very similar to HNG, too. Chu Ying was his supernatural mentor in HNG and Zhang Chi, in a way, is his mentor who helps overcome his fear and trust his own guts.❤️

the show snatched my attention because of its star studded roster. I am curious why one of the main leads (and also new to BL) suddenly pulled out of the project...if he really wants to make a name for himself, this could have been his breakout series (assuming the production didn't f^ck up like Big Dragon)
