Because she needed someone who knows the palace etiquette and expectations, so the grand prince made them switch.
I liked it - it was a pleasant surprise how well they all interacted.

Just finished episode 2.
I am just meh - not invested in the story at all.
Sisters around the table with mom was funny, but I just don’t have any connection.
I like both leads.
Starting episode 3 and I don’t even know who the seconds *are*.
Probabky will put on hold.

I detest meok bang (먹방) - but this isn’t that!
Their reactions are hilariously over the top, even if slightly stylized like Bon appetit your majesty, they are totally different.
I enjoyed BAYM, but despite surface similarities they really are different.
So far no romance (episode 6) and you won’t miss it.
The likeness to solo leveling is hilarious to me.

Did you read the manwha “Marry My Husband”? because this is nothing like that manwha. I enjoyed the manwha version and the dram version of MMH. I really enjoyed this drama because it is different than MMH. But I enjoyed them both because everyone gets what they deserve in the end ⭐️

Thanks for answering my questions! I’m used to shows having commercial breaks here in the US. But that was one of the selling points for me of kdramas - there aren’t any when streaming of course - but also usually I don’t notice them at all, and kinda assumed maybe they did it differently when the drama airs in SK. I don’t notice them in Kokowa dramas; maybe I’m not paying attention! or the edits are smoother?
Also, I just assumed that Disney or Netflix “originals” were just those companies paying some money to slap their name on them while getting the rights to stream over here. Lots I don’t know!

Nothing to do with the drama per se, but I DETEST the constant black outs that look like commercial breaks. Jars you right out of the story

Having to come back and watch this again for my Sung Hoon fix. And cleanse my palate after that terrible vertical drama that he was just in.
