kinda feel bad for kurotaki in episode 7. But seeing mio comforting him. I think they could end up together.

overall this drama is good, but i don't get it why do they spend so much time on staring each other, I don't usually speed up dramas but this had me speed running mls staring contests.

If you are looking shitty ml/fl , young love type thing . You should try c-drama 'such a good love'. It hasn't got any sickness plot but it has the sad love type thing

It is revealed it in the first episode, thats the main synopsis of the drama that ml has cancer. So how is this a spoiler, hes going to die anyways.

yeah i get the part that hes definitely not a green flag. But he didn't break up with her because he was just bored. It was because she was persistent on having kids as she was an orphan but he never wanted to have kids ever. So he just knew they wouldn't work out together. He just couldn't ruin her dreams and she wouldn't understand his side so breaking up was the best option . Also he only decided to intervene in her life when he saw her crying about having a kid and being married. So possibly he kidnapped her to save her from forcefully being married to ease her worries and also for selfish reasons that can't be justified.

Right now , i have only watched the first two episodes and the ML is already annoying. Like constantly pushing her, following her. She would have been better off with the action school director. The director is good at this job, talented , probably had worked in hollywood, stable income , stands up for her, gives her space and respects her boundaries. Like outside the hospital, when she tells that she wants to go on her own. He doesn't force her , just lets her take care of it on her own. While the main lead follows her and shouts at her , and gives weird remarks like 'let me take you home'. Why??

i agree, like sometimes in my head , i don't even think of him as a lawyer. Hes just too perfect or maybe due to over abundance of him just wearing his suit all the time, everywhere.

Since nobody mentioned it i love the little bit of angst here. Like at the start of ep4 how hikaru looks at her like hes about to cry and then the end of episode 4 when he said 'she want you not me' . I want them to get together asap

That kurotaki man is painfully mid, but because hes an extrovert . Thats his only redeeming quality. Just look at how many people this man knows. I think she sees only the people skill in him

I’ve only watched the first four episodes as well, but my experience is completely different from yours. I find the slow pace actually a lot more fun. I think the focus of the drama is the moments you see in regular life. Like when they are deciding on lunch menus, it reminds me of my regular days in university. Its kinda like the same thing, you go to work , hang out with the same 4 people. As life goes on you become accustomed to the places and people around you. Then there are the cases, as far as i have seen, all cases have been very interesting. Almost all clients hide facts, and make up stories that sound right in their heads. So in a way they are neither telling truth or lie.

I have seen worse dramas, where they drag the story with boring side characters like 'welcome to samaldari' or 'love next door'. But at least the side characters are interesting and we got lee jong suk on our screen. The relationship between the 4 lawyers is genuine and feels so real. This drama has got both , the fantasy of encountering a person from your past in your life again and reality of the actual world where you have to work your ass off to make money.

This drama deserves at least the rating of 8. This is actually a slice of life done well.
Also to me Moon ga young's acting feels ok? But maybe i am biased because i liked her in tempted and my first kdrama was true beauty so i can't comment on that.

Good thing i didn't read the reviews before, it is so fun. I don't care about the plot as long as i am entertained.

Damn i shouldn't have started this, now i need to wait for an episode each week. Didn't think it would be good but was pleasantly surprised. ML is such a diva

Definitely give it a go. Just watched the first episode and time just flew by. The episode was so intriguing and the bond between the lawyers was also so fun to watch. Makes me wanna get a real j*b to experience the workplace experience (that' not happening any time soon 😔)

I've never loved ahjummas more than I love the ahjummas in this show.
At first, they were so hostile toward the gym director, but over time, their relationship grew so much. The part that really hit me was when the ex died and the ahjumma got upset and said, "Why is the fitness freak delivering food?"—I legit teared up at that.
And then in the final episode, when he comes back and they all hug him.
I just loved seeing that bond between the ahjummas and the main lead.
Also, the final line—“That all your bodies are beautiful”—was such a perfect way to wrap up their whole fitness journey.

I don't know why you got triggered so much. Don't watch if you don't want to but stop pretending like you're some critic. Sometimes the dramas work for you , sometimes not. In the original comment you called the whole drama trash. Thats why i assumed you didn't actually watch it. Actually your opinion doesn't matter, i just wasted my time replying to you.

If they hire a fat actor, it would be constantly insulting for her to be talked about her weight through out the drama. The fl is average weight but not skinny by asian standards so it just works to cast her. Also shes great at acting , so why not just watch her for her acting instead of searching for a biblically accurate body mass ?
