lol brightwin are considered another generation. notice how all these couples are from much more recent series.…
But BrightWin were previously marketed together with the OG couples (KristSingto,OffGun,TayNew) when they had their virtual fan meet etc. So it makes sense why they are not part of this younger lineup (not age but when the series aired I guess).

I realized that it makes more sense to watch the first 2-3 episodes of The Promise, before going back to watch the Phupha | Nanfah prequel. I had a clearer picture of the backstory after getting acquainted with Phu and Nan, and the reason why Phu left Nan.

What a great backstory! After watching the first 3 eps of The Promise and now watching the prequel, I totally get why Phu left Nan. My heart breaks for Phu while clueless Nan only realises it 10 years later. I dare say it's a good thing that Phu left. Cannot wait to continue The Promise!
