I would guess
1. She saw politician's son making out with a guy.. a taboo for a politician (if it were Korea i would have said drugs)
Infact if the gay thing is right then the politician's son's secretary and son have a thing.. or will have a thing.. secy is quite good looking and young.. they don't have it for nothing

A minor twist can be that politician himself is gay.. him and secy.. and son was oblivious.. so what girl saw was secy and politician while son was passed out / not there.. whatever

2. witnessed a murder (but there is no news on that)
3. Child pstitution .. but doesn't quite sit well.. boy is too young

Dude.. Singapore never goes against China.. and you must be sleeping on what has been happening since last few years to businesses that don't recognize Taiwan as china

This drama is not taiwanese, it is chinese but made and distributed outside.. so that same logic should apply to other dramas.. then what is stopping other companies

well the question is simple.. if that were possible then why would other OTTs not sell their ready BLs to other countries and cut their losses

i can't agree to that.. we have very expensive films being made outside of China and international market helps recover money..

plus, if you have leading stars who are already popular outside of china then its added advantage

Worst case scenario, you are still cutting your losses.. so again makes sense to sell rights .. that's why i don't think that theory is right that chinese crew, actors can film a BL and air outside of china then ccp won't have a problem.. NOT TRUE
