i don't think its in the nature of the show to have people change.. e.g Kat, a nice happy ending is what we have been fed on, but she isn't about it.. she like her life and her options.. so she should go on with that.. instead of some fairytale romance where she meets a man, who sweeps her off her feet and then she settles down with him.. nah!

because the drama is not trying to be a time travel drama.
I think you have not grasped the concept itself, and are looking for something that the drama isn't even trying to sell.

your difference in opinion seems to stem more from that, not because the drama isn't doing what it set out to do. This is easily one of the best overall package

i also thought it is a demi thing.. because his constant comment on "we are not dating", "not together" etc

smooth production is important for every story.. see NLMG has all ingredients but still things don't flow smoothly..

Additionally, this particular series is handled so well.. this could easily become cheap, boring, and so much more.. but this is handled deftly

bam!.. i think i was right in my hypothesis about Jean going through abortion.. ep 6 kinda proves it

it is not a secret.. bom said it, story is too clean ("family watch"... so there is no way you are getting a high schooler and a grad...also, spoilers are out, i don't know what they are, but they are out

same.. i wasn't watching it just after looking at the poster itself.. so glad i ended up watching it.. by then ep 6 had aired

but watch a few episodes in a run.. otherwise you won't get it and judge it otherwise..

i think its an absolute gem, and comedy done so so right, and characters really grow on you including Thi (+ soundtrack is a hoot)

the lyrics are dead giveaway.. fell in love at first sight.. there was no reason for him to chase thi from the bus to his dorm in ep 1 itself.. also, the curious silent look Noey gives Thi as soon as he spots him after Pam rejects his lotus

We love his confidence, his self assuredness, .. his old style.. his sincerity in doing things, his connection with temples, his standing up for his friends, his loyalty, him being good as activities and sports (charmer) .. that's not going anywhere

but his superhero factor comes when Noey doubts himself, or is losing his confidence..

Like when parents, society tells Noey isn't good for Thi, that is Thi's time to stand up and protect the honor of Noey..

that's his superhero quality - because by society's standards Thi is the perfect nice guy - studious, obedient, polite yada yada

tar is not good, he is a genuine talent. Toey is the toughest character to play with all its nuances, that too done by a 18 yr old and so flawlessly.. tar in real life also, his confidence is really amazing

what expressions can he give.. he is very conscious of the fact that Noey is in high school and he himself is graduating from college. Actors are phenomenal in playing their roles.

There is literally almost every series i have watched.. and currently airing shows, i like them all.. but i would still say that "Noey' character , acting wise, was hardest to pull off.. i include all shows here from last year also (they were some great acting talents..gmm or beoncloud or a few others.. but in BL genre, this character is definitely hardest)
