problem is that everyone has been guessing SH is the main killer since almost ep 2.. it is way too obvious now.. so either the show was never planning to be so smart.. or he is a red herring too

Let's see.. if we assume the 2 youngest kids are the cook and the specs juror, then taec can be #11.. BUT #11 was oldest so he has to be older than Manager Ahn... the only one who can be older is SH (but then this drama will be stupid because they have already made SH suspicious which makes no sense if he were to be a real killer)
SO, maybe SH truly is not from the orphanage.. and taec is indeed older.. and he is #11.. because all his memories are of #11 and #13 escaping.. so he is either #11 or #13

Cool.. so taec is #11 you mean? SH is not related to murders. And, #13 is missing. So, between cook and bespectled guy amongst jurors are the final killer options. Since taec is #11, then #13 has to be really young. Only one young enough is the bespectled juror...

Blind is about ordinary people who turn blind eye to atrocities..and as you see.. everyone being killed/punished saw the torture of kids and turned a blind eye to it

There is no reason to believe that Taec is #13...
a) he says he has no memory of things, but remember in restaurant he said that his locket was given by a girl .. how does he remember that? Unless he got it but from some other girl after he got adopted (my bet is on Eun Ki, they met as kids probably.. either way i strongly think Eun ki witnessed that other girl's torture)
b) he is scared of dog etc yes.. but y does he need to be number 13..why can't he be the other kid that survived

So, i was right about all jurors having a connection But, since last episode they have gone really blatant in our eyes , showing the clear..
it is a matter of time until #11 gets exposed!
