Odajima says he isn't capable of love, but i am sure that is just a front & i don't blame him, given the life he has lead. am also sure he has already fallen for Kataoka, but cause of the circumstances they have gotten close, let alone what happened to the other people he's loved - he is scared to admit this fact.
regarding Kataoka; harder to read, that smile of his is a mask that is covering his true feelings. u don't know half the time what he is thinking & even when he says something, u wonder - is he joking?!? i didn't read the manga this is adapted from so idk if this got a sad ending but given the feel of things until now - i feel like a tragic end is what will be fitting.... going out in a blaze of glory
Odajimaβs childhood shatters my heart into pieces. No child should ever carry that kind of pain. To grow up…
she was his sister, not just his mother - that is the really messed-up part in this whole mess - that's why is so f*cked in the head when relationship & feelings r involved.
side note: Lee Ju Young (the one playing Eun Ho) reminds me so much of the K-actor Yang Se Jong, they could be siblings or cousins. from the 1st sec i saw him i keep thinking of YSJ π π
i sadly heard the audio where he is screaming in agony... i saw the vids where he is being dragged... saw the vid of his mother kneeling & begging cops, that looked on unaffected....
what was done to him can't go unpunished, cause if "they" can do this to someone who is famous (as they have done to other actors) what about an average nameless, powerless, connectionless civilian? who is safe? this is terrifying & infuriating, cause sadly i know bad people will get away with bad sh*t, cause they have money, power & connections....
hope his mother is ok & may his soul rest in peace π₯πlife is so unjust π€
If you justify violence against a man simply because he's a man, you're becoming the same as those scumbags who…
i genuinely don't get people like u - even in moments like this we have to make it about gender? pain is pain, r*ape is r*ape, murder is murder, torture is torture. given what was done to him, how can u even think to write something this callous?!? there r vids out there of him screaming in pain, while hanging on for dear life from the window he was thrown off. vids of him being tortured. vids of his mother on her knees screaming, begging & pleading from the cops to find answers. can go on...
but in the midst of this, u wanna point of how some women's assault is ignored? well at least women can come forward, men rarely do cause of the shame & ridicule they face. leave how his life ended, did u know - would u care to hear that from the sec Yu Menglong signed onto his management, for over a decade he was being abused?? in every horrifying way u can imagen & others that u can't.... that will make u fell sorrier for him? just as a human being?!?? π€·ββοΈ ur comment was petty & coming from a fellow woman, i fell ashamed that u can't have any compassion for a lost soul. & thought this was the time to make a point about how women suffer.
just finished watching & this (* & before anything have to say - This is NOT a BL * --- idk why this keeps getting tagged as one, this Bromance at beast!) anyway this was as fun & funny as the previous season. even though i wondered why we needed a new actor to play Gu Sen He, as the actor that played him in Pink Summer was in this (so he was available) & not every major accident means facial trauma, that would need reconstruction surgery - that would change the appearance of the individual. but i did like the new actor playing Gu Sen He, so it is what it is.
also Shen Jing Yu had a flip of personality - if anything it feels like attitude wise Shen Jing Yu & Gu Sen He switched roles. also, this more of a side note; but i really wish the people producing drama's & BL's would just stop with the 3 min ep's - am glad i didn't have to wait or search for the ep's, as thankfully i found all 40 ep's on Ytube, but cause it's so short i feel like a lot was left out. like what happened to Shen Jing Yu's mother?!? also i liked that Shen Jing Yu stayed bff's with the girl in their group & she was less of a crazed shipper this time around. the addition of Gu Sen He's cousin (as a potential love interest for the only girl in the group) was also welcome. but cause this was so short, nothing came of anything - which is more of a miss then a hit & a pity as this was really fun to watch & well acted. bummer
Is it BL or Bromance. It looks from the trailer to focus on the two ML. Also Shen Nan is back Yay π₯°
the 1st seasons was Bromance & have started watching this season (at ep 21) this too looks like a Bromance to me. this NOT a BL, idk why people calling this one π€·ββοΈ
i've already watched 2 ep's of this season & yet here the timer is at 033 plus days?!? it's already started airing & today the 2nd ep aired π€·ββοΈ
Will she actually be able to move on? I doubt that.
but if Khem's family line dies out - she gonna hang around doing what?!? she has stuck around, cause she wanted everyone in Khem's line to suffer & die at her hands. once they have died out, she has no one to haunt. so she will have no reason to hang around. IMO
poor Ramphueng, she is justified is haunting Khem's bloodline. that was a sh*tty thing (& that's putting it lightly) that was done to her by everyone involved. but now i wonder, after Khem the curse is over - no?!? he doesn't have kids & from what it looked like, all of his/ the reincarnations of the people cursed didn't have that many reincarnations/progeny - so after "taking care of " Khem, Ramphueng will be free & move on. Khem & his mother (& the others involved) can be reborn just in another family. isn't that logical?!? but i get that, that isn't the point of the BL - lol. just wondering aloud πβ
now please series about Gao Tu and Wenlang. Thank you.
agree - there was a 2nd couple, but we hardly saw anything of them throughout this BL. so i also think they need a spin-off that can start from the start of their meeting at school for all i care. & the fact they don't have a prominent role in the novel/book - whatever... that's what writers r for - can't the author think up a story for them? it's not that she has to start from nothing.... she got the basics, just needs to fill in the plot πβ
I would absolutely love to see one of your in-depth reviews of yours about The Bangkok Boy !
Thank U, appreciate the kind words, not everyone likes my POV lol so am always glad when people get where i am coming from, or like what they read - so thanks again. Bangkok Boy is on my "watch list" but that list is so long, that idk when i will get to it as only got the weekends to binge watch. but if i do so soon will send u a line ππ
just finished watching & on a whole this was very entertaining - not perfect but a fun watch, good acting & the plot was good, until the ending - as i could ignore a lot of what was missing cause i wasn't bored. but am sorry & i might be the odd one out, but don't buy the ending. it was a reach - i get wanting a happy ending, but there should be some logic to it.
someone popping-up in the pasts isn't that much of an issue, but anyone doing so in this day & age where everything is documented & monitored is ridiculous IMO. there no country where people can exist in it, without documentation & given the fact South Korea's got North Korea breathing down their necks - someone who is Korean but doesn't have the proper documentation wouldn't be overlooked by the authorities. also Ji Yeong time traveled cause of the diary - why Yi Heon time travel? wishful thinking??? & when she did so, she popped-up wearing modern-day attire, where Yi Heon get his suit? the hair cut? how he know where to find Ji Yeong? can keep going, but that would be pointless as this has ended.
but have to make one last point (again i get they wanted a happily ever after) but, it would make more sense that when Ji Yeong died/fainted whatever... & the diary got activated & she vanished - the book should've remained in the past, where it belonged (!) so it could do it's journey through time until it reached Ji Yeong's hands in the present.
maybe this could've been better if it was 16 eps, or if the main actor wasn't change at the last moment where the dynamic (cause of the age difference) was off. idk - but as it wasn't bad i would say this was fun to watch until that ending, which might have been positive but utterly whack πβ
This has a very happy ending in the manga :) The opening sequence actually spoiled it a bit, I think.
i was too shocked by the start π so didn't get the meaning, by the end i might understand the start lol. will wait & see anyway TY for the heads-up πwill keep this info in mind β
this is dark & the approach to the sexual encounters - jarring to say the least, but given who we r talking about, it fits & in-spite of not being into SA (also this shows u that life in the mob aint a peice of cake even for the mobsters - that's putting it mildly).
i like both Kataoka & Odajima's character's, they r interesting & i can't wait to see how their relationship develops.
but given who they r & the reason for them ending up together (as i haven't read the manga) i wonder if it is wrong of me to assume, that this gonna have a sad /depressing ending - go out in a blaze of glory type of ending?!? π€·ββοΈ
i am a proud 2nd couple person or rather a Guo person & i don't get anyone getting their knickers in a twist, cause i wanna comment about whatever.... don't read - ignore, move on & search for like minded commenters, that think like u. like WTF is wrong with people, everyone gotta think alike?!? i for sure don't get into other people comment's & start arguments with them, cause i don't like/agree with what they have written. this so hard?? really?? π€·ββοΈ yeah i am being passive aggressive with this comment - but somethings need to be said - i hate watch this BL & have no problem admitting it, cause this toxic sh*t. but i won't shame others that love the toxicity, u do u β
