I didn't say I don't like Atom. I don't like how he portrays Atom which is not like the manga at all. I thought this series is a remake of that manga and he was supposed to follow the manga or at least the director? Because others can actually follow the manga and the director although I don't like the amateur acting from some of the actors/actress. But at least we can feel the characters are brought to life and we can see the characters as the characters, not a trying hard acting from an actor which ruins the character portrayal ☺️

Nah, you cant be blaming the director entirely lmao. That's not how it works because I said what I said. He overacting which is not supposed to happen because we don't want to watch a superficial acting where we can tell it's AN ACTING. it ruins everything because the character Atom is supposed to be Atom, not someone Fourth is portraying. It is so cringe to be able to see it's Fourth behind that character Atom, trying hard to act as the adorable and dorky Atom/ Aoki
i think "overeacting" in this series is just followed the japanese version
But, the thing is Aoki character didn't "overacting" despite it being the japanese series itself which should be more cartoonish/ anime-ish. The actor that portrays Aoki put the right amount of acting to portray the bubbly, adorable, effortlessly cute character which didn't come out as overacting or cringe

Gemini fourth ruin the show if I'm to be honest. Like what happened to the actors who act in the Moonlight Chicken?? They suddenly became amateurs and insufferable especially Fourth. Suddenly overacting like he doesn't know how to act and portray the bubbly character of Aoki which is not supposed to be as annoying as he portrays. He always whines and over acting, pouting, with extra weird ass expressions that don't match the character of Aoki/Atom. It annoys me to see that character on screen everytime. He should have studied how to portray a character well more. Fourth really shows he is so amateur in this show which pisses me off because I know he used to be good in Moonlight Chicken. Also, there is no chemistry at all between Fourth and Gemini. What happened to their chemistry? I feel like I'm watching the worst remake in the remake of manga or Japanese series

Yes yes that's the word. It comes off unnatural which throws me off when watching the exaggeration he portrayed to Atom. Too cringe and over the top which makes the supposed clumsy, adorable character Atom to become weirdly annoying with all the over acting, over pouting, over whining. All of the portrayal is just too over exaggerating. Makes all the audience knows and can't help but to feel that it's actually an actor trying hard in their acting.
Why that Atom character is so overacting? I watched the JP version, and Aoki didn't even make me feel cringe at all with his cuteness. I just can feel like I'm watching the character Aoki is not just a character but it feels like he's real. But in this Thai version, the way the actor portrays Atom is so cringe. Not even close to being clumsy or adorable at all. Over exaggeration of cuteness that you can even tell he's acting. Not natural, it makes us feel like it's not Atom the character but an actor trying hard to make us believe that Atom is this cartoonish or something which is so cringe. especially the over exaggeration of pouting, making cringe face that is supposed to be cute, making screeching whining voice to make the character Atom adorable which is the actor failed to do so. God I had to skip a lot of scenes that have Atom

Also it's getting boring as the series progresses. It's unnecessarily draggy. I can't help but to skip some scenes , fast forwarding a lot of scenes, because some of the scenes are unbearably boring especially with the acting of some actors, which I won't mention. The fake tears, the unbearable bad acting and all. I continue watching it just for the sake of Win Metawin and to just kill time waiting for other series that I'm currently watching along with this series.
The way I feel like there's no chemistry between the ml and the fl kinda annoys me a little. Fl spends more time with the second ml makes it harder for me to think fl has feelings for the ml. Instead of ml, second ml makes my heart flutter more when he's with Liu, and I don't know why. It just feels so adorable when Saint is with Liu compared to with Guy. At this point, if I didn't know Saint is the second male lead, I would've thought that he was the male lead instead of Guy.
Guy as a character is so bland, has little screentime overall, little chemistry with the female lead, no wow factors to even anticipate his screentime in the series. Feels like he's just a side character to be honest. And I hate that I feel like that because Win Metawin is my fav.
The screenwriter/ director/ the script did him so dirty. He is interesting as a side character but that's it. I have never read the webtoon so I'm not sure if Guy is actually written like that or it's just the scriptwriting that did his character so dirty. No justice to the character at all.
Honestly this is easily one of the top tier series in 2024 next to The Sign. It's not perfect, but at least it's not as bland, cringe like other bl series. I enjoyed every episode, every plot twist in this series. For me the lack of a proper backstory for each character especially Jin, White, Fluke, Top doesn't really bother me that much because the main plot is still there where the bullies reap what they sow, and every action has consequences. I know we all want to see the actors to be given more chance to deliver their acting, to show their potential more, but I think the show is as good as it could ever be. Could have been better but personally I'm already satisfied. Can't wait to see Tan and Non get whatever good ending they deserve in the last episode because my heart feels really heavy for Non. he didn't deserve all that shit just because he is a little timid and all :( Non's family didn't deserve all that at all. My heart breaks for the suffering they have been put through just because these assholes think they can get away after pulling whatever shit on Non :(
