i am on episode 10, and i keep circling back to how no one has ever, in her life, shown niaoniao love. she’s been demeaned and humiliated, forced to be uneducated, and punished at every turn. all she knows is how to survive in a family that does not love or care about her. she is the product and victim of her circumstances, and yet somehow the way she is is her fault? i just hate how a 15/16 year old girl is expected to act with decorum and grace when it was never taught to her.
just finished the first 2 episodes and i don’t remember the last time i laughed this much at a show, i’m having an absolutely fantastic time. iu is hilarious

what you said makes a lot of sense, i’m having a hard time with the xiao lin side story because to me, she doesn’t need to care about him since 1) she needs to make sure ttj loves her and 2) it’s not her actual senior that she knew in her timeline. it’s really frustrating so see her betray ttj for him….
