Ofcourse I don't think people here would have problem with Chinese drama or Chinese drama lover but are just having problem with few toxic haters (which can be in reality in any fandom be it Korean or Chinese) who just spread hate so I don't think if someone wanted to watch xianxia ,would be discouraged by it .

MDL updates the rating after quite a while that's why so when many people rate it MDL updates all their combined rating together. Like it was 7.1 (1100 rated it) now 8.2 (1200 rated it)

Wow i am liking the comedic undertone in the drama. It has a nice mixture of comedy as well as serious moments. That was nice acting by Lee jae wook in the last moments of ep 3. One thing I don't like is the usual love triangle of kdrama . Even if i never gets SLS It gets really exhaustive as even we know the main leads are gonna end together so there is really no need for the love triangle. Yeah they can be used for jealousy troupe which many people like but I am exception I don't really like jealousy as It turns to possessiveness which I don't like. One more thing I would complaint is their thinking 'he should live quietly if he wanted to be safe' like seriously dude if he gets strong he would atleast be able to protect himself. It is not like when he is strong than only his identity would be revealed, his identity could also be revealed when his energy is blocked in that case he wouldn't even be able to self defence. Only these two points above i don't like except them i am really liking the drama. It has nice pace with nice execution with nice plot with nice actors yeah everything else i am liking till now.

I have watched 2 season of original so after watching 2 episodes of this I think there isn't any diffirence b/w original and remake plot is same except that north and south thing. Story is going exactly same as the original. But why Tokyo doesn't have north accent I don't know as she was from north. Just wanted to hear north accent as I think Tokyo would be more badass using that instead of using seoul accent. Same for Berlin he should also use north accent would make him more badass.

He has taken over the prison in ep 6 and as we can see he would make connection with sinseon-dong in the next episode which would be pretty useful when he go out of the prison. The plot has moved forward acc to me and the poker game b/w them in ep 6 was also pretty nice acc to me.

I came here as I couldn't wait of ep 3 and saw the rating . Wtf happened to ratings last time I saw it was 8.9 ? So after checking comments its Chinese vs Korean thing ig . So these are just people who seems to me have got nothing but to do some arguments as they have so much time to spare. Instead of appreciating we got some nice content they just shit talk about it. Ig they are getting more angry than the people whose works they claim to be plagiarized like do something else instead of being a judge yourself that it is plag or not . I was happy after two episodes that rating was 8.9 now I saw this low rating i felt disappointed , it would get high afterward i know but still there was no need for it to get low ratings like this

Why Danju would try to kill naksoo. I mean he could have try to get her power back and use her for his purpose like he was using till now . why would he try to kill her after making her best assassin. He said to kill her as there was no use of her but I don't really get how is she of no use when she have that much power and also listen to his commands ??

There would be 20 episodes in part 1. There would be another part of it but for part 1 ig it would be 20 episodes

I saw some comments saying it is like Chinese wuxia/xianxia but I don't think it is like that as here is no concept of cultivation here are mages and that would fall in western fantasy element ig.

The episode was way better than what I expected . The comedic timing of jung so min is gold . I didn't really have high expectations but now after only watching ep 1 it's changed to one of the dramas whose weekly wait would be difficult to do for me.

After that past I think Soo jae really deserve a person who love her. But I think it could be used against her by chairman Choi so i think gong Chan and soo jae literally shouldn't let the world know about their feelings ( gong Chan is already all over her and i can see soo jae to be all over him in the next few episodes). They should lay low lol about their feelings so that gong Chan isn't used as a weakness for her. After soo jae take her revenge against chairman Choi I think then they are free to do whatever they want to do with each other 😆.
