I respect your opinion and I like your perspective on it and yea eventually I will watch s2 because I feel like it will be a lot better seeing as s1 was a set up but I don’t really agree with throwing out even basic logic out the window for a “solid” plot. It was a really cool idea, I just thought the execution was really sloppy is all.

Dumb plot conveniences, insane amounts of plot armor because the mc for some reason feels the need to stand still and react to every little thing when people are actively trying to kill her and to top it all off the very silly plot point where we find out that bale is actually alive. Only reason I finished it was because it was short and the production value was good.

It sucks truly. You have 2 sides of people, the ones who review bomb a series for no reason and the ones who make multiple accounts to rate a drama super high just because an actor they like is in it.

If the allegations of his tax evasion are true then he might just be the biggest fucking clown ever. Guy had life on easy mode making millions and was loved by the public. I think he'll still be fine in the end tho. He's in the military and it'll blow over.

This drama was shit but I can't wait for her next project, seen many people trash on her acting for no reason when she's a good actress and she will only keep improving.

I would say new world 2013 is kinda similar since it has an undercover cop who slowly descends into being a full on gangster. However I also recommend asura city of madness and nameless gangster.

Silly in the sense that it was pretty tropey (what can I expect really) and some scenes were goofy but in a good way for example the scene where the ML swerves his car in front of the car FL was in while it was raining was just hilarious. I thought it was a nice light watch overall but I wouldn't give it a super high rating.

plot is average but it was a fun watch and the chemistry was good. I'd give it like a 6/10 but if you really really like silly romance then this would be an 8/10 or 9/10 for you.

Disney+ is terrible with their subtitles as well. There’s a lot of times when the subtitles aren’t synced up with what the characters are saying so you’ll end up reading subtitles that are delayed by 2-4 seconds which is extremely annoying.

This is actually such a shit line up. Can’t decide who is churning out more garbage between Netflix and Disney+ but the remarried empress and portraits of delusion look terrible already considering the webtoon for empress was trash.
