Well in your situation you can hesitate cause your is ill but my mom is healthy till now if that type of person suddenly got kidney failure ofc who loves them give plus I still want to spend my time with my mom in vacation etc plus If I hesitate about giving then my mom also needs to hesitate to give birth to me cause many moms die during delivery well everyone different
