no expectations… so no disappointments? wrong. I mean, it could’ve been good. it really could’ve been, especially cuz I like dark, mystery (and action) bls, but this was really not it. I mean, why tf knows everyone thai? the only thing I liked is that seong hun (Korean) spoke Korean and Jay (Thai) spoke thai. this rlly hit home cuz I speak like that too sometimes, as someone who’s bilingual. still, not it
this is rlly weirdly written tbh. I mean we are 9 eps far but somehow I still don’t get the whole fantasy plot. ion think I have to mention Kuhn dad, I’m cringing everytime and ion think I’m the only one. I’ve read the novel and I’m myself am not a fan of nc scenes, I can do pretty much w/o them, but I rlly can’t recognise salin nor Sun. I somehow really enjoyed the first few episodes, but it just got messy and weird. I laughed from time to time tho. I love Mosbank but they rlly have to switch companies
As most people are saying the "Khun Dad" bit should just never have been a thing. It has nothing to do with languages…
can confirm. im thai and its legit like Mr. dad. its not that the languages have been mixed and that "khun dad" is a thing thats common in thai language. its just as common as calling your partner Mr. dad in english... that means its wierd in both thai AND english 💀
honestly, it's a snoozefest, but i keep coming back. either way, why is everyone here so offended by khun dad?…
nah in my op its just cringe like khun dad? Mr. dad? to your boyfriend?? naaaaah. tbh i think daddy is better than this shit and daddy is wierd already
My question is isn’t this based on a novel? I couldn’t find the information anywhere The khun dad thing needs…
it is! i read the first few chapters on lunar reads or some wierd app (u have to pay to read further 💀) but icl its VEEERY different to the series. more spicy
