Happy ending for main couple FL and ML? Are unrequited lovers very irritating or is it bearable?

I watched this drama for the main leads who I know mainly from fantasy and historical dramas... this drama in opinions was supposed to be sweet, carefree, light and romantic, healing... but I don't completely agree with that... the romance between FL and ML developed for such an awfully long time that already at episode 21 I wanted to skip to the very end... FL's character irritated me a lot for almost the entire drama... I just don't like such childish behavior and way of speaking... although it could be funny in the first episodes, after episode 10 it lost its funny purpose for me... FL was constantly staring at her beauty, she constantly had the reflex of fixing her hair, which irritated me a lot later... her maturation was imperceptible and even when she became a lecturer at the university, she practically didn't change... I understand that she was supposed to be such a character, open, honest, funny, funny, childish... but it was too much for me, I thought they would give her better character development... now ML for a longer time time stiff, with a stern expression on his face, only opened up at the end... generally I don't understand how in dramas they show a 30-year-old guy who doesn't understand male-female relations.. will it stay like this for the script writers? Infantile 30-year-olds, emotionally immature and 30-year-old girls also emotionally immature... has society changed in China and now maturity starts at 40? Often in such dramas they show adults over 30 years old who behave like virgins and maidens and even a peck on the lips makes them panic... it's not nice to watch it in such an edition... but ok apparently now Chinese and Korean youth mature late, girls have their first children at the age of 35-40, guys get married at the age of 40 - especially actors and actresses... ok Ml realizes his dreams as a scientist until the very end, and FL waits for him because she is so understanding and she fulfills herself as a lecturer, well the perfect couple for modern times - professional fulfillment, it's the peak of dreams, so that you don't regret it later, because according to the new standards in marriage you can no longer fulfill yourself as two people... it's good that at least they didn't waste long on pairing 2FL and 2ML, who were more organized and decisive here, it at least focused my attention on them, because the slow development of the relationship of the main leads bored me to death... we haven't had time to enjoy this couple yet, that they are together in the last episode, because ML had to leave and probably a year has passed again... and the hasty ending with the proposal over the phone, were supposed to sort things out for viewers who like happy endings... well, the drama had good promise, but in my opinion they wasted this idea... if they had given FL's character a chance to mature earlier and given this pair of main leads a chance and more time together, it would have been watched with commitment and without irritation... but I recommend it for patient people who like it when leads' relationships develop for a long time and are not annoyed by hasty endings...

nice mini-drama, good to watch, very good chemistry of the main leads, nice actors... villains punished, good ending for Fl and ML... I like that, I don't have to experience dramas and deaths of leads, which usually break my heart... here the main leads are sweet with each other from the beginning and they stick together, despite difficult moments and that's nice... I would gladly watch these actors together in another drama... I recommend...

in my opinion it was really a sad drama... for most of the episodes FL and ML were struggling with adversity and were not really together... only from the middle of the last episode they were shown together in a fast pace, but they did not have much time... the author of the script decided to make a drama at the end and kill ML... it's a pity he did not give them a chance after such traumatic experiences for 53 episodes... to be honest I kept speeding up the episodes because I was hoping that at some point I would see FL and ML living together away from the palace and have a happy ending as a married couple and a family... unfortunately some of the writers of the script I have the impression that they love horror movies and escalate tragic plots for the main leads to the end, to plunge them into despair at the end with the departure of one of them... I can't stand such plots... the acting was great, but the plot of the script was ok for me up to a certain point, but then I lost patience with the multiplying problems for the leads and it pissed me off to the max that the main the antagonists were not held accountable for their crimes until the end, they only persisted in these crimes until the very end of the drama... this is mega weak.... for some time now I can't stand watching such long dramas, because they usually don't have a good ending... you wait so many episodes and you get a killer at the end, or a cliffhanger for the main leads...

I am really fed up with these tragedies... from this drama I will only look for dramas that do not have in the plot constant palace conflicts, fierce and jealous rivals and heroes sacrificing themselves for the world... it is enough that in real life people in the world create wars, enslave each other, exploit and murder... this reality is enough for me and I do not feel like experiencing these threads in dramas anymore... even if the cast of actors is great, these topics have already tired me emotionally...

beautiful drama and mega moving.... I'm glad they have a happy ending... I can watch these scenes with FL and ML forever, the actors really played their roles great...

I watched up to episode 13 and watched the last episode to see if the main leads had a good ending... unfortunately the ending is very bad!!
