Agree, it's just like human bein get sick and death, sad ending some kind a like the lead not come back together/break up in the end drama or tragic death, so this drama same as your opinion feel more like realistic ending

I'm watch with indonesian sub because i am indonesian and all episode was upload with indonesia sub, but for english sub you can wait in dramacool in dramacool still 7 episode

If this drama doesn't have any misunderstanding i will give a score 9, but there was in ep 13-15 so i dropped to 8
