well, that's a complex matter that I rather leave to natives to choose. just like many other chinese minorities celebrities, dilireba was born in xingjiang and she considers herself chinese. idk how into c-ent you are, but there are many non-han celebrities that are very high profile about their ethnicities

do you even understand the difference between ethnicity and nationality? dilireba is of uyghur ethnicity and chinese nationality. yang yang is of han ethnicity and chinese nationality. tibet has chinese han and hui ethnicities.
