You too huh. I think they messed up by dropping Jisoo. Didn't have same feeling to me.
Ji Soo posted a handwritten apology confessing his highly shameful and inappropriate behavior. These were his exact words, in his own handwriting,
"I would like to sincerely apologize to those who were hurt by me. I have absolutely no room for excuses for my actions in the past. They were unforgivable.
As I began acting, I was able to come this far due to the fact that I covered up my past, and as a result received undeserving love and attention from the public.
But deep inside, I always held a sense of guilt in one part of my heart, and an irreversible regret haunted me anxiously. I was always pressed down by my dark past.
I now beg forgiveness to those who were undoubtedly deeply hurt for a long time, seeing me acting, and I will reflect on the unforgivable actions of my past and repent.
I feel miserable and guilty for inflicting so much damage on all of my fellow drama cast and crew members, the broadcasting station, and all those affiliated with the production, solely due to my own personal mistakes. I sincerely pray that the drama will not suffer any more damages.
Once again, I beg for forgiveness on my knees to all those who were hurt by me."
I know right. So unfortunate. But it's Lee Jun Ho, so I'll be watching regardless. On a totally unrelated note ... You officially have the longest "Currently Watching" list of anyone that I've come across on here. LOL.
Are you a MDL staff doing survey? I answered the same question in another drama's comment section LOL..
No I'm not a MDL staffer. No I'm not doing any surveys. I posted my question on other pages so I could get a broad set of answers from different people. Would that be okay with you? LOL.
For me, when i watched it as it aired, it had a slow start too and episode 6 with the backstory of the leads and…
I am exactly like you. I need to be in a certain mood to enjoy a drama and I just wasn't able to get into that mood with FNOS. But today, I tried it again and I'm slowly getting into it at episode 5. So I'm picking this back up again.
I can't help but think that this article is going to have the unintended effect of reigniting the "cultural appropriation" accusations that were so rampant when AOS first aired, when there were a very vocal group of people who accused AOS of cultural appropriation and plagiarism from Chinese Xianxia dramas like The Untamed and Ever Night. I know that is not your intention but I worry that might happen.
