I had major SLS during Reply 1994, Boys Over Flowers and Crash Landing On You, although technically for Crash Landing I was rooting for both the Second leads to end up together and not really break up the main leads.

The "Ep 37" or the special episode or whatever the heck it is called is not on Netflix. Oh well. Sigh.

I was a little late to the party but after 12 years, I've finally watched Boys Over Flowers and I loved this drama.
