Cute Slowburn High School Romance
Well finally getting around to watching this one lol...I really enjoyed this drama, is was a cute slowburn high school romance and gave all those vibes perfectly. I love GeminiFourth and this was my first of their dramas and I will definitely watch more! I swear every episode I had to mention how handsome Gemini is, I loved the character Tinn he was so sweet and just so in love with Gun I was blushing. Bring back yearning!! Gemini did an amazing job portraying his character you could feel the pining and love for Gun in every episode.
This was one of my first dramas that I didn't skip through all the music scenes lol, I actually downloaded a couple songs because the OST for this drama is banging. I love a drama with a big group of friends (it has been a theme of the dramas I've been watching lately) and I loved the dynamics of Gun's band and the student council. I also liked how they touched on the side couples but the main focus was the main couple and the band which I liked.
This wasn't a romance heavy drama, which for being a high school drama I didn't mind. I liked to see the friends supporting each other, the band working hard to achieve their club goal etc. That being said the romance that we got was just what this drama needed. It was overall a good balance, when it was focusing on the relationships of the couples I was locked in, blushing and rooting for each one to be together. On the other hand when it was focusing on the other parts of the storyline I was also fully invested and cheering them on in achieving their goals. I liked the different dynamics with Tinn and Gun's parents (I love Tinn's dad lol).
I highly recommend this drama, it is a GeminiFourth classic and just a light hearted good time!

A Silly Little Drama
So apparently I had watched this when it first came out and rated it 3 stars... but I decided to rewatch it because I am in my PondPhuwin era lol and I actually had no recollection of this drama at all so it felt like the first time watching it. I will say I made a note when I watched it for the first time back in 2021 that I couldn't get past the cultural appropriation in ep4 which is still valid, I skipped through those scenes this time around.I thought the cast executed this drama really well, it's just a fun unserious show that had me laughing every episode. I love Neo so much and I thought he portrayed Duean perfectly, and his whole gang of friends played off each other really well. Pond and Phuwin really have had chemistry from their very first drama cause the way Mork was pining after Pi throughout the whole show had me blushing right along side him. Is it a PondPhuwin curse that they don't get together till the very last episode??? because damn I thought there was gonna be 16 or 24 episodes when I started ep12 and they weren't even official yet lol.
I think this was a fine drama, not a very high rewatch value for me but I still enjoyed the lighthearted comedy that this provided.

Had so much potential!!
I am so conflicted with this drama, it could have been so good. I liked the casting I thought all the actors were great and both couples had great chemistry, its just the story really sucked. It started out so well, I fell in love with Hangyeom lol and was rooting for both pairs but literally the last few episodes tanked my rating. The script got very homophobic and bad but then all of a sudden they were madly in love? I couldn't get behind it plot wise but I tried to look past some because I really loved the couples. If you took the actors and put them in another story with a better plot and script then I think they could make a great BL.
Anyways, it was fine. I am sad at what could have been and will hold out hope that they will pair these guys together again and make something great.

So I will start with a little disclaimer: I am probably biased when it comes to this drama a little bit as New is my absolute favourite actor, so I probably got a lil more enjoyment out of his scenes than the average person watching. Overall I thought this was a really good drama, I haven't watched the movie but I really enjoyed this drama. I found it to be very slow in the beginning which was pretty discouraging but pushed through in hopes of it improving and boy am I glad I did! I really liked the chemistry between all the characters, not just romantically with the coupled but the friend groups as well, I thought were really was casted well.
I agree with many other reviews that I saw, it did not feel as though Waii and Apo were the main couple as they didn't get much screen time, especially in the beginning. Towards the end though they got a lot more scenes and this is where I really started to get into the drama as New and Earth did a phenomenal job portraying their characters, their connection had me hooked! I feel as though the show focused too much on Min and Wan, it almost felt as though they were the main couple, and honestly I did not click with their characters. In the first half of the show it seems to only focus on these 2 characters and I didn't think they needed to pay as much attention as they did to them.
The biggest thing I would've changed with the show was to see more of Kluay and Achi as they got ripped off, in my opinion, when it came to their storyline. I loved the chemistry between their characters and wanted to see more of them together. Also I will put a little note I was not pleased with what they did to Pan's character, she clearly said she was a lesbian and even said she didn't like men but in the end they had her end up with a man which I found very upsetting (I did end up skipping a lot of their scenes as I disagreed with this, so I could have missed her saying she was Bi or something).
Now, despite all the things I wasn't too happy with I did love the show, and will probably rewatch it again. This show had me go through all the emotions, I was angry, heartbroken, happy etc. I found that once it passed the slow parts and the drama seemed to really get going that it flowed really well, they had my attention and I was on the edge of my seat. I'm not gonna lie I did have to pause and take a breath a few times as I got way too into it and was very frustrated with the characters lol. I loved the plot part of the end, I thought it was very mature and realistic which you don't always get in dramas so it was a nice change. To conclude, what I think would of helped improve the show tremendously was if they didn't try to focus on so many "main character" storylines at the same time, as it got kind of boring trying to follow so much but also at times seemed all over the place, I thoroughly enjoyed this drama!

chemistry. Chemistry. CHEMISTRY
Oh I am so sad this is over what a journey this drama was. I fell in love with this cast and the story and I am going to miss all the characters every Sunday lol. This is my first drama with ForceBook and I literally was hooked from like the second episode and I remember saying out loud to myself "I am going to be so sad when its over." I loved their story and I LOVED the Arm-Sand-Po trio so much!! It brought a comedic element and their group dynamic was perfect. I was sad to move on from the ArcArm storyline, but I will now be watching all of ForceBook's series lol.
PerthSanta was the reason I started this show ngl, I have been in love with Perth and his works for years so I am always eager to watch anything he is in. I fell for their couple immediately, their chemistry is unmatched for their first drama together too. Their storyline made me so sad lol but also the most smiley and giggly, they had me kicking my feet and twirling my hair. I thought this pairing was perfect and even though Gun gave in too easily imo I love them sm. I also loved the dynamic of Gun and Faifa being besties with Fai and Yotha being brothers, there were a lot of good moments throughout that made me laugh.
I feel like the drama started to drag on towards the end, as much as I love Faifa and Wine I just felt like they didn't need as many episodes for their storyline... I loved Faifa's character and I'm glad that he got his part in the plot but I just was missing ArcArm and YothaGun too much by the end I wasn't fully in to FaifaWine's story as I was the others. However, the last episode I thought tied everything so perfectly, seeing the old trio, characters from the first episodes, the ending to KlaoWa's story (which I love AouBoom a lot too so I was happy to get glimpse's of them throughout). It was just a perfect sum up of the series.
I really loved this drama, I highly recommend. Like I said many times I am so sad to see it go and not getting to see these characters anymore but I am excited to watch all the actors in new and upcoming works!!

YinWar does it again!
I'll start this off by saying I may be a bit biased as I absolutely LOVE YinWar but I mean who doesn't...I really loved this drama, the story was fun and the cast hit it out of the park! There's no denying YinWar has amazing chemistry, but all the side characters and pairings were amazing as well (I will still be holding out hope for a S2 with Tattoo and Aran). I didn't watch this as it was airing unfortunately just at the end of its runtime but I literally binged the whole season in a day because I got so sucked in every episode.
I can't wait to see more projects from these actors, I had such a fun time watching this series!!
