Episodes 7–8: the slow burn between the leads is finally showing now that they’re starting to open up to each other, and it's making me even more invested. for those who’ve finished the novel, i have a question, will mumu turn against qingyu or not? i’m really loving their bond, and that flashback of beiyu teaching qingyu how to dance, just like mumu, made me emotional. i’m scared she’ll betray qingyu. that girl has had it rough enough.

my gosh i’m loving this drama so far. the chemistry is off the charts 🥹💗 i was so relieved yiran’s character isn’t a bully here. i was scared it’d follow the novel where the ml literally took part in the fl’s bullying. i love jingyi’s character sm. she’s everything. i love how she’s not afraid to speak up and stand her ground. also… beiyu. every new piece of her backstory just crushes me. the people around her failed her over and over, especially the men she loved and trusted.
anyway, this drama’s got me hooked. the acting, the pacing, the vibes. can't wait for the upcoming episodes!!

done watching the first episode and yeah... this drama is definitely gonna be heavy. cinematography is very gloomy and the atmosphere already feels tense. but i’m already hooked. can’t wait to see where it goes.
