If there is a S4, it might center around YSJ coming back and also the Rough Rock Project NS. It was briefly shown when Dr. Jang went to Kim Sabu's office.

I don't believe the series would end this season. There's just too many things left unaddressed. And it'd seem that they'd perform another surgery and we know how that takes 20mins of the airtime. I want a clean, clear and definitive ending.

There must be a S4 because I don't see how the last two episodes would wrap things up cleanly. There are just so many conficts/storylines yet to be resolved. EP 15 would be focused on the forest fire so I don't see how EP 16 would end it, the way things should - normal. Too many loose ends at this point. If they decide to really end the series in the last two episodes, I hope the ending would make sense and not rushed.

If this is the last season, I hope she makes a cameo in the last episode at least.

I think it is important that KDJ really defines what a trauma doctor/surgeon is. The roles of the doctors based on the cases/locations lie on really thin lines.

I wonder how they would include Dongjoo and Seojung's relationship in the storyline. They went to the US together and now Dongjoo left her there. Dongjoo seems to have accepted the permanent offer to be the Head of the TC so what does that mean for DJ and SJ's relationship? LDR?
