? hanyan was crying sobbing over chai jing's injured body hahaha they would die for each other. i never read their separation as hanyan discarding chai jing; i think it's more poor writing and editing that their story/relationship arc ended so fast. even CDL and FJ wanted the script to allow for hanyan to go searching for chai jing at the end of everything
