I think for aviation industry especially pilot, there's no such small mistake or else it will crush your whole career. Given the big responsibility with hundred lives onboard while flying + yeah the salary shall be commensurate with the job. You cant take it lightly when it is your job to be honest and responsible. I guess that's the moral value for Captain Jiang here hahaa.
