I share the same sentiments..episode 40 is like open ending. XH left alone in the battle is hard to say that he can survive..unless miraculously there is a trope of soldiers coming in to save him ( but we did not get to see it). Maybe the director changed his mine to give us a happy ending with the bonus clip. They probably film it recently to make the “The Double” fans happy…😘👏
Watching some of the trailers and it’s so funny. Hope it comes out tomorrow..been waiting for LYX drama for so long…now rewatching TTEOTM again while waiting.. hope FYH can have high rewatch value too……

I think she drifted because of what SYR say about XH that made her uneasy. But she is quick to “turn the tables” and pressing hard on SYR and the Princess uneasy and she finally drank the wine. Li Fei and JL has been waiting for the Princess to drink the wine
The ML is really charming😘 and he is adorable in this drama…first time watching his drama. He got a versatile face…he can act as a protagonist as well as an antagonist. Maybe I should out his other dramas.

Yeah, you are right…probably it’s too much and I don’t find it funny at all and could not continue… There many K & C drama to watch now😅…maybe much later….will try again..
