Good story, acting, plot etc.. BUT is so unbearably and painfully slow that by the time a character finishes a sentence, I feel like I’ve aged a year. Characters just stare at each other forever so long that I could make coffee, come back, and they’d still be looking at each other without saying a single word.

That was a really insightful piece. But, sometimes the world of cinema needs to be very different from the real world, so that by watching it, we can see ourselves in another dimension, something we can’t perceive in reality. It should be both believable and impossible at the same time.
Since the beginning of storytelling, humans have always created demonic forces, beings more powerful than themselves, only to give birth to a hero who would eventually defeat them. In a subtle way, this has planted the seeds of hope, courage, and perseverance in people’s hearts. The stronger the evil force and the harder its defeat, the greater the hope that came with the happy ending.

To be honest 99% of action movies are not possible in reality. But yeah that scene was like a blot on an otherwise the rest was great (less impossible).
I mean you have to start with a few eps to see if it's your cup of tea, everyone's going to have a different opinion…
I really enjoyed replay 1988. Not a fan of romance drama though. As I can see romance is not written on the genres section I think it's the side story, right?
They still end up showing a weak woman being rescued by a strong man, even though she’s supposed to be a bodyguard. I’m tired of this kind of romance drama.
