no I perfectly understand your opinion and its totally valid!! mine doesnt mean that I will accept the first actor that we will have, them being idols mean nothing and we shouldn't look down on the young actors either. I just want the cast to know how to play and have chemistry. Looks are important too and if u dont vibe with the rumored ones its okay but we havent seen them yet, its not even confirmed at this point so we have to wait to see. I was just tired to see since the beginning of the announcement of this live action a lot of people spitting on the rumored actors despite seeing none of their works or the people (mostly the fans of luhan and song jiyang) spitting on the rumored actors for xie lian because they only want their fav to be casted for example.. TGCF is my favorite novel so I'm impatient and exigeant too about everything but some ppl cross too much the line..
yes they are still rumors so we dont have to believe them for the moment but dont start to criticize the actors, u dont even saw them act yet y'all already saying this one or this one dont have the vibe..

this is so true I was thinking about that like much less actors would cast on BLs if the censorship was removed... Sadly in 2021 in Asia they are not fully open-minded about the lgbt community... Even now we dont have a lot of good BLs, most of them are problematic with a lot of clichés..
